- Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship

What an experience … the closest you will ever feel like flying … awesome feeling ….
My friend and I did this backwards …. Booked only the monster and did it after arriving … but paid to upgrade to do all the other 8 zip lines … a wonderful and exhilarating day …very well run place ..

The guide was awsome wish all guides were as cool and knowledgeable as him. He made the trip very entertaining and fun need more guides like him will definitely be back to Puerto Rico.

Amazing breathtaking views from the trip to ToroVerde to the end of the zip line. Definitely recommend. Don’t forget to get a GoPro I’d you don’t have one is a most. You won’t regret it
Great Experience … but inform yourself before you select the rides

Toro Verde was a great experience. Zip lining those long distances was fun for everyone including my teenager. If you come to PR you MUST make this a stop. Everyone at Toro Verde was friendly, spoke English, and seemed like they knew what they were doing from a safety perspective.
There are somethings you need to be aware of … BEFORE you sign-up for this tour go to the Toro Verde website to understand which rides do what. We thought we were signing up for the longest zip line in the world (Monster) but instead signed up for a shorter version (Beast). Once you are there they will not let you add rides to your reservation if you came with a tour. Also, there is a grill and resteraunt; the grill had good options and was relatively fast, the resteraunt takes longer and is good if you have a lot of time to kill.
The tour company did not provide bottled water as indicated. The driver was friendly but not well organized and explained how things worked when we arrived only after prompting from everyone on the bus.
The only reason I did not give this a five star was because of the few things above … but well worth it!

Zip lining awesome but Service left a lot to be desired...

The zip lines were awesome however the service specially in the gift shop was quite poor. I have been calling and emailing to resolve an issue with the photos I purchased but never received.
I am extremely disappointed about the overall experience even though the actual zip lining was awesome.
I wish they would care more about their customers and provide even minimum customer service.
