- Pregnant women, persons with back injuries or recent surgeries, persons with vertigo or afraid of heights, or persons with other serious medical conditions cannot participate on this tour.
- Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to failure to provide correct weight, follow instructions to meet requirements to participate, failure to provide pick up location, late or non-arrival of participants.

- There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

- At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time

- Published starting time is only an estimate. Exact pick up time will be provided the DAY PRIOR to your tour.

- Total estimate duration of 4 hours includes: 2 hours driving time and 1.5 to 2 hours at tour site
- Wear comfortable clothing (leggings or shorts) and closed toe shoes. No persons will be allowed to participate wearing only bathing suits.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Great time from start to finish

From pick up to drop off this was amazing. Right on time for pick up. We stopped 2 more times for more people. The drive up was smooth. The driver, Luis, was super personable! The zip line experience was exhilarating. It rained a little but that made it a little more exciting. The last 2 lines are amazing and the view is breathtaking. We rented a GoPro for $40 and it was well worth it!

The bees tried to ruin our fun but we had fun Anyway. The people were very nice and friendly. Great exciting experience!!!

We loved this zip line tour but we were Very disappointed that we were unable to see some beautiful waterfalls for the amount of money we paid! However, starting from the driver to all the men who assisted with the zip lining were all wonderful! I hope they get paid well!!
