- Om veiligheidsredenen moeten deelnemers Engels of Spaans kunnen verstaan. Juridisch blinde of dove personen kunnen hierdoor niet deelnemen. Een Private Rainforest-tour zou in deze gevallen de meest geschikte optie zijn.
- Personen met de eerder genoemde gezondheidsbeperkingen kunnen niet deelnemen aan de tour. Er wordt geen restitutie verleend als een persoon verzuimt de volledige beschrijving te lezen en niet voldoet aan de veiligheidseisen en beperkingen op de dag van de

- Deze tour is afhankelijk van het weer en de rivieromstandigheden. In het geval van annulering bieden we andere opties, een nieuwe afspraak of restitutie.
- Er is desinfecterende handgel beschikbaar voor reizigers en personeel
- Geschatte duur van de tour van 10 uur omvat: 3,5 uur in het bos, 1,5 tot 2 uur aan de zipline, 1,5 uur rijden per enkele reis en lunchtijd.
- Gidsen moeten regelmatig de handen wassen

- Moet comfortabele kleding dragen. Tennisschoenen of wandelschoenen met gesloten neus (geen sandalen of slippers toegestaan), zwemkleding, een handdoek meenemen en schone kleding.

- Tijdens de ervaring moet er voldoende afstand worden gehouden
- Uitrusting wordt tussendoor gereinigd
Annuleer ten minste 24 uur voor de geplande vertrektijd om een volledige restitutie te ontvangen.

Everything with this tour was amazing! From the tour guides Felix and Elias making everyone feel comfortable throughout the hike/activities to the beauty and experience of being in such a beautiful Rainforest like we've never seen before. The zip lining was also incredible! They start you off easy and keep working you up throughout the different lines to gradually make you feel more and more comfortable. Transportation was seemless and always on time with no hassel. 10/10 would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a full day activity to experience puerto rico!!

All the guests were picked up in an air-conditioned van at their different locations. Then we were driven to a 'private' entrance to El Yunque. (if you suffer at all from car sickness, it's a good idea to take a pill before you leave) Make sure you are wearing water shoes and clothes that can get wet! Our guide was passionate about the flora & fauna that we saw as we made our way into the forest. He has his own camera that he uses to take plenty of pictures of his guests, but if you want to take your own phone, make sure you have a waterproof case! There is a bit of climbing to get to the water slide (a grooved out rock slide), the rock jump, and the rope swing jump. I am not a climber, or at all strong, but our awesome guide and his helper were there every step of the way pulling or pushing you up if needed! The water you jump into is cool and clear. You're also wearing a life jacket, so you're safe. It's all very exhilarating. Try to take this tour as early in the day as possible. It tends to get crowded with other tours and visitors. The second half of our day consisted of being dropped off at the Junglequi Zipline Park. I made a mistake and thought the zipline was maybe at the same place we were originally, but it isn't. So it was a little disappointing to be dropped off by our awesome guide and to just have to do the rest of the day on our own. There are 7 or 8 zip lines, but at least three of those are over a rocky parking lot. They're not "in the jungle" as much as I thought they would be. Some are, but I just felt a little disappointed. (although our 12 year old thought everything was awesome) The longest zipline is the best--it goes over part of the jungle and you don't have to hold on to the line itself. However, most of the other lines you do have to hold on above your head and that's not the ziplining I enjoy. Everyone that works there is very kind, though. But perhaps doing the ziplining separately would have been a better choice. You are TIRED after the rainforest tour. (and you miss out on going to lunch with your group) Overall, though, an amazing day.

It’s honestly impossible to describe this experience. This excursion was executed perfectly. Started off being picked up at 6:55 am. sharp, just like they said they would! This depends on where your hotel or designated pick up spot is located. We were in a medium to full group, with approximately 30 participants, and not only did we all bond over this beautiful and empowering experience, but our guides were able to be inclusive to all of us, and gave paid attention to all of our needs. We were given specific instructions which I highly suggest following. It will get messy. Muddy, wet, slippery, all kinds of messy, so make sure you follow the instructions!!! We left all of our belongings in the van, including our phones. DONT WORRY. The amazing team took pictures, and videos that were later shared with us. After approximately 3 and a half hours, we went to eat. Our group decided to go to a food truck which was the best decision. The food was absolutely delicious. We concluded with the zip line and wow. The views are just breath taking. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Jaime, if you’re reading this, you and your team were great

Both of our guides were amazing! Jason was so helpful in the rainforest tour. Kind and caring, he always made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. He knew all the best spots for photos and shared them with everyone at the end. He was a lot of fun too! Felix was so friendly and so much fun helping us out with the zip line tour. He gave us the best recommendations for local places to go too. I felt comfortable with the guides the whole time and would definitely recommend!
