Authentic sailing is culture, having a conversation with a local, with the power of the wind, no engine noise, no crowds, no fake pirates, no straight cats, no crowds, no need to scream. We sail sideways, aboard a real racer cruiser (J30), with a toilet and a cabin, just real life sailing. You'll get to see a different perspective of old San Juan, with complimentary drinks, feeling safe but free, in parties no larger than 6 people. Good for a special moment, or turning this moment into an special one. While in contact with nature elements, sometimes you may get surprised by dolphins. This is not a luxury yacht or a catamaran.

What an amazing evening!! We did the sunset cruise and it was such a great experience. The owner was our captain, and extremely knowledgeable. It was so cool to see San Juan from the water views, and we even saw dolphins! We also got to actually steer the sailboat!

What an amazing time sailing around Old San Juan. It was great to learn some history of the town and even a little bit about sailing. Our captain was so wonderful and the drinks were strong. It was a beautiful sunset and a great time.

Ivan was a true professional, which was much appreciated! First, he sent out very specific directions to the meeting spot, with a reminder of the need to be prompt or you will be left. Once on the boat, he went over the safety features, what to expect, and his background in sailing. Neither my husband nor I have ever been on a sailing boat. It was definitely an experience for us to remember. Ivan is 1000 percent knowledgeable in both sailing and the history of San Juan! This is definitely an excursion that I would recommend anyone to take at least one time!

Seeing the sunset and the lights at night. The sailboat could be set up to race very quickly. Rum punch was good. No masks were required.
Directions were provided which leads you to the guard gate at the marina where the sail boat is located.
The walk from the cruise port was about 1.3 miles. The sidewalk was broken and had trip hazards. I recommend taking an Uber back to the cruise port.

It was our last day in SJ and our ziplining operator canceled on us. We wanted a special experience and were able to book this with two hours notice! The captain was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the complimentary drinks were a plus (I had 3 delicious glasses of sangria). The boat was small but honestly it was exactly what I wanted. Other reviews mentioned being unable to locate the pickup spot, but in my experience it was thoroughly detailed in my booking - and the captain even sent me a text beforehand to make sure I had the necessary info. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend this sunset sail!!! After reading other reviews, I was a little worried about finding the correct location on time, but we were sent multiple links showing exactly where to go and easily found the entrance. Our captain, Joe, was incredibly friendly and had plenty of knowledge and tips for things to see/places to eat around the island. We got to sail past old San Juan while watching a beautiful sunset with only two other couples on the boat. Highly recommend!

Captain joe and his first mate, Maria were very accommodating. Such nice people and captain Joe was full of interesting information about San Juan. I would definitely recommend this sunset cruise! You won’t be disappointed

We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Our captain met us at the entrance to the marina, just like it says in his description. He and his wife were friendly and knowlegable, and the views were phenomenal.

Perfect way to end out a romantic trip with your s/o. Small and intimate boat (fits three couples comfortably, two in the back with the captain and one in the front if you’re brave-- we were not) with strong drinks. I had the opportunity to steer a majority of the time and have never felt more alive in my life. Captain was knlowedgable not only about sailing but Puerto Rico and quite entertaining as well. The views were breathtaking as well. 10/10 experience would 10000% do again!

We are not into noisy boats but we love sail boats so we really enjoyed the sunset sail. The captain shared lots of information on San Juan, which was nice. We left the dock promptly and enjoyed a nice trip out to the Atlantic and back. Sangria and beer was served. Very nice way to see the sunset and the city after dark.

Booked this tour with another couple. Says the boat holds six, but it’s more suited to four. Four passengers sit on benches in the back and two people sit on a cushion on the front of the sailboat holding on to ropes when the boat leans. We were situated in front so separated from the people we were traveling with. Couldn’t hear anything the captain was saying back there and weren’t able to talk to our friends. We were disappointed.
